You’ve had a fun, relaxed weekend and now it’s time to head into a new work week. You’re thinking about all the things that are due, all the meetings you have to attend, and all your goals you have to set. How do you beat those dreadful Monday blues? Keep the same routine, this includes what you eat and how you sleep. Try not to work on the weekends and if you must: set aside a time that’s strictly for work. Try not to schedule everything for Monday if it can wait until later in the week. Finally, take some time to reflect and regroup before you get your Monday started.
