- I have been working with Tidewater Staffing Inc. since 2009, so this would be my 11th year here!
- What is your favorite thing about working for Tidewater Staffing?
- My favorite thing about my career here is that I get to put people to work every single day, and really make an impact in many peoples’ lives.
- What has been a defining moment for you while working here?
- A defining moment for me while working here at Tidewater Staffing has to be when we made everything digital. We used to use paper to handle our daily affairs, but going paperless has made everything a lot easier and smoother!
- Can you describe all of your roles within the company?
- I work in the Virginia Beach office, and I recruit people to work every day, I assist with payroll, I process paperwork, and I also exhibit the utmost professionalism when I interact with our various clients!
- How do you feel that you have grown since you have started working here?
- Since I have started working here, I have significantly improved my English language skills. In interacting with so many different people from different backgrounds, I have become a lot more confident in what I say and how I say it.
- Is there anything else that you want to add?
- Yes! I appreciate Tidewater Staffing for always providing everyone with outstanding careers in their field of choice, which makes such a huge impact on their lives.
