Tidewater Staffing is seeking Superintendents!

Pay Rate:

  • TBD
  • Weekly Pay
  • Shifts TBD

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define customer requirements for the specific project
  • Create a project plan of tasks to be completed, including milestones, with dates and person or persons responsible for each task
  • Revise project plan as appropriate to meet changing requirements
  • Identify the resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Ensure all company procedures and policies are followed during the course of the project
  • Manage the day to day operational aspects of the project
  • Minimize company risk and exposure on the project
  • Monitor material and labor costs vs. budget during the life of the project
  • Review all deliverables before they are turned over to the customer
  • Schedule team and customer meetings as required
  • Hold regular status meetings with the project team
  • Conduct “Lessons Learned” meeting after project is completed
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling 4 or more staff members engaged in
    similar work.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Science or a related academic field plus 2 yrs directly related experience or AA/AS plus 4 yrs directly related experience or 8 yrs directly related experience
  • Must have one or more years of broad technical experience, of which at least one year should be in managing technical personnel and complex activities.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite including: Microsoft Project and navigating in the computer server environment.
  • Must be able to work and communicate effectively with other team members and company employees
