Summary of Position:

While performing LM tasks, calls from the guard will occur to receive supplies. The team member will be required to stop current duties, and
proceed to the supply door to unload and process goods. Once the receipt process and record-keeping are done, the team member will
return to previous duties.

Responsible for ensuring data within the LM system is accurate and represents an individual’s true performance. Delay
calculations of delay and team logs as provided by leaders and data entry into the Labor Management software system. Creates
team assignments, enters delays, audits results, and identifies and corrects errors. Supports the leadership team by auditing
transaction reports, employee performance reports, and various LM reports guaranteeing system and user integrity is achieved
prior to incentive payouts. Analyze systems reports and problem-solving issues through critical thinking and strong
communication skills. Unload and receive deliveries from supply and merchandise vendors, check-in, record\retain critical accounting documentation for all receipts, and process all internal supply requests. The position is required to perform daily inventories and updates to software programs along with future order recommendations to ensure all supplies are in
stock to support operations. Responsibilities include managing the DC supply room with internal supplies and record keeping.

Principal and Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Accurately Receive, Stock, Replenish, Pick, Consolidate, Locate, and Load Product both Physically and Systematically based
on Operational Focus
 Pick orders using an order selector, reach lift and double-jack
 Work closely with Fed Ex, UPS, and other carriers
 Assist with keying in shipping information (Fed Ex, UPS, others)
 Minimize damage to product
 Ensure proper placement of labels, paperwork, and forms
 Complete accurately and legible daily productivity logs, load plans, and other forms as required
 Maintain active and reserve locations in assigned area
 General housekeeping
 Order selector, reach lift, forklift, and double-jack certification
 Excellent reach lift operating skills
 Daily analysis and data entry in building teams through supervisor logs, delay logs, and system reports to ensure all
team activities have been applied during team assignment periods
 Interacting with all levels of leaders to fully understand how employees performed their work to ensure data is entered
 Supporting leaders by analyzing daily LM audit reports
 Auditing user transaction errors, incorrect equipment reports, and productivity reports to identify where employees
achieved higher or lower than expected results
 Analyzing data to find resolution to errors found during auditing, along with inquiries presented by leaders
 Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
 Ability to pick from top-level racking
 Demonstrate ability to learn the new LM system
 Basic to Advanced Math Skills
 In addition to exceptional accuracy, production must be at 100% minimum (Where applicable)
 No corrective actions within 6 months
 No productivity action greater than a coaching
 Prior Reach Lift Experience Preferred
 Detailed knowledge of multiple areas within the distribution center
 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision
 Familiar with AS400/PkMS Systems
 Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
 Good oral and written communication skills
 Detail-oriented
 Able to work with others in a positive manner in a team environment
 Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
 High school diploma (Or equivalent)
 Knowledge of labor-management systems and payroll processes within the Kronos timekeeping system is a plus
 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and possess computer aptitude
 Organized with the ability to perform detailed analysis and communicate in an effective manner with all levels of the
 Must be able to analyze systems details through critical thinking and develop solutions.
 Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
 Ability to prioritize workload
 Work in an office and warehouse environment with various personalities in a positive and productive manner.
