Tidewater Staffing is seeking a Coordinator!

Answering phone, Typing, Recruiting, Interviewing, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Results Driven, Professional, and Organized.

Pay Rate:

  • $15-$16 | Depending upon experience
  • Weekly Pay
  • Day Shift 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Coordinators are responsible for but not limited to:

  • Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements for positions.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates based on their skills.
  • Check candidate’s application and onboarding paperwork is accurate and complete; perform background checks; E-Verify and drug screens.
  • Conduct orientation classes with the selected qualified candidates.
  • Conduct job specific classes with the selected qualified candidates.
  • Run reports and access if applicable. 
  • Maintaining relationships with team members, clients and applicants to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

Coordinators requirements:

  • Available and on-time for shift.
  • Must be able to handle a high-volume and fast paced environment.
  • Problem-solver, able to multitask and strong customer service skills.
