We are searching for a motivated Warehouse Office Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Assistants can expect to assist various departments with data entry, packing lists, and invoices. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

$18-$19/hr

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the warehouse
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in related field with work experience a plus.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL 
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong typing skills
  • Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
