Pay Rate:

  • $15-$17 | Depending upon experience
  • Weekly Pay
  • Day Shift

Coordinators are responsible for but not limited to:

  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, resumes, word of mouth and employee referrals
  • Place associates on available jobs
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct on the spot interviews
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience
  • Onboard new employees
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria
  • Communicate with clients or employers about project, expectations, goals and staffing
  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time
  • Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
  • Conduct general orientation classes and job specific orientation classes
  • Complete, scan and file appropriate documents in to ATS system

Coordinators requirements:

  • HS diploma
  •  Reliable transportation and able to travel at last moment’s notice
  • Available and on-time for shift.
  • Must be able to handle a high-volume and fast paced environment.
  • Problem-solver, able to multitask and strong customer service skills.
  • Preferred requirements:
    • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
    • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office”
    • Willing to go on-site to a workspace (shipyard or warehouse)
    • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
    •  Bilingual is a plus
    •  Military/ Shipyard or logistics experience
    • 35 wpm or better
